Brandon is a fresh-faced and unjaded graduate of the University of Southampton (Bachelor of Laws with Honours, 2018), and was called to the Singapore Bar in 2021. Brandon is well-versed in brand protection and enforcement of intellectual property rights in both the online and offline spheres. He has extensive experience working on raids with the Singapore Police Force and handling Singapore Customs seizures. He also regularly advises and assists clients in combating online infringers through takedowns, Cease & Desist letters, and UDRP proceedings.
