About Us
We are a specialist intellectual property law firm formed in 1993 and based in Singapore. As agents, we file and prosecute trademarks, patents and designs at the Intellectual Property Office of Singapore and other registries around the world; as solicitors, we draft agreements and provide opinions on intellectual property matters and as advocates, we plead in the courts including the highest court of the land, the Singapore Court of Appeal.

Ravi founded the firm in 1993 and has advised local and international clients on their IP filing, commercialisation and enforcement strategy in Singapore and abroad. He has conducted High Court and State Court trials and appeared before the Court of Appeal in several landmark IP cases.

Since he joined the firm, Jon has been extensively exposed to both contentious and non-contentious matters relating to IP law, with a particular focus on trade mark and patent litigation before the Supreme Court. Jon also assists in advisory work relating to corporate IP matters, such as the review of franchising, distribution and licensing agreements.

In particular, he has handled a variety of online and offline IP enforcement matters, such as Police/Customs seizures and takedowns of online infringements.
